Al llegar para hacer el check-in, el trabajador tenia la televisión con un volumen muy alto. Casi no podia escuchar las explicaciones. Tuve que decirle que bajara el volumen y lo bajó solo un poco, seguia bastante alto. Por el resto, el trato fué muy correcto. Todo genial. Solo he hechado de menos una manguera y/o envudo para poder poner agua en el depósito.

When I arrived to check in, the employee had the TV on very loud. I could barely hear the explanations. I had to tell him to turn the volume down and he turned it down just a little, it was still quite loud. Otherwise, the service was very correct. Everything was great. The only thing I missed was a hose and/or a bag so I could put water in the tank.

The van I booked and the one in the orientation video is not what we got. I expected the seat to turn, and for there to be an awning. When we arrived for check out, the bed didn’t lift and stay so we were given sticks to prop it up. I asked for the bedding package to be comped because the bed was faulty but that hasn’t happened yet. The van was clean and had what we needed, but we paid for something different than what we got I think. The bedding being refunded would help me feel better, and I shouldn’t have had to ask since we had to wait at checkout for them to try to fix it and then say either we have to deal with it or wait for another van. It should be a given that we were comped for the mistake. Otherwise happy to have had it.

Todo bien. La atención y dedicación de Lorenzo fueron excelentes. Me explico todo detalladamente con mucho profesionalismo y amabilidad. excelente atención de Lorenzo, con información detallada que da seguridad a la hora de arrancar el viaje. Fui con muchas dudas por los malos comentarios que hay en Google y Lorenzo supo aclarar todas las dudas.
