Superfijne tijd gehad met een heerlijke camper. Niets aan te merken, heel fijn dat we in het Nederlands geholpen zijn 😁. Misschien een gidsje met highlights in de omgeving. Wielblokken voir horizontaal neerzetten opcamping zou fijn zijn Superfijne tijd gehad met een heerlijke camper.

Un verre cassé seulement que nous avons mentionné au service à notre retour ! 😌 Ma seule suggestion serait de fournir une bouteille de gaz pleine et payer à l’utilisation. Merci et bonne journée !

Revisar que el equipamiento esté completo. Mejorar la limpieza de tapizados. El modelo California es compacto y ora para circular y aparcar. Tiene las comodidades necesarias para gente joven. Si eres mayor piénsalo dos veces.

Trotz Time-Slot dauerte es einige Zeit, bis wir den Camper bekamen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alle waren nett, uns wurde alles gezeigt und wir könnten direkt starten. Preislich ein absolut faires Angebot (halbes Jahr vorher gebucht). Unser Camper rhat schon das ein oder andere Abenteuer erlebt, aber wir hatten gar keine Probleme und es war sauber und gemütlich.

Despite the time slot, it took some time before we got the camper. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Everyone was nice, we were shown everything and we were able to get started right away. The price was absolutely fair (booked half a year in advance). Our camper has already experienced one or two adventures, but we had no problems at all and it was clean and comfortable.

Usamos em 4 pessoas, não foi ruim, mas pra 2 seria excelente! O carro é bem cuidado, com algumas pequenas coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas, mas foi ok. O atendimento do Ernesto foi bem claro, e não nos deixou nenhuma dúvida. Com certeza voltaremos a usar a Indie Campers!

We used it for 4 people, it wasn't bad, but for 2 it would be excellent! The car is well maintained, with some small things that could be improved, but it was ok. Ernesto's service was very clear, and left us with no doubts. We will definitely use Indie Campers again!

Si je recommence l’expérience, je prendrai un plus petit van sans douche. Certaines fonctionnalités ne fonctionnaient pas (j’ai déjà envoyé photos et commentaires) mais n’a en rien gêné le séjour. Cependant, il n’est pas juste d’écrire « no dammage » sur le contrat de loc alors que le van a des défauts intérieurs comme extérieurs. La personne qui s’est occupé du check out a été très compréhensive . Merci!

If I do the experience again, I will take a smaller van without a shower. Some features did not work (I have already sent photos and comments) but did not hinder the stay in any way. However, it is not fair to write “no damage” on the rental contract when the van has interior and exterior defects. The person who took care of the check out was very understanding. THANKS!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Van was exchanged for another because the stove did not work. New van lacked outdoor table and chairs, fuel tank was empty, and interior/exterior could have used some cleaning. Box with cooking dishes had dead insect life (significant insect larvae) and was missing a spatula/knives) There was pre-existing damage to rear seat controls, which would have been an easy repair.

The 24/7 hotline could be better.. would be great to have an office email adresse where you can reach someone to get in touch.. I tried 2different mail adress and didnt get an answer… The rest was perfekt.. fast check in - very friendly and professional team My experience with indiecampers was very positiv.. not any problem with the check in, check out or the van itselfs… We had a VW California beach, a nearly new car… everything was fine… And the team there is great…

The local team was friendly enough and ready to help, however it took more time than we expected to prepare all the stuff for the trip (e.g. essential kit's toilet tablets were absent). Also the interior cleaning can be better - the roof tent floor was covered with hairs and dust so a better vacuum cleaning is needed. The tent itself requires some deep washing as well because it has a lot of stains on it. The interior table has signs of being repaired and it lead to the problem with opening and closing every time. The glass cover for a sink is absent. The water filling cap had poor connectors to the tank. That's why it was lost during the trip. However we bought a new one and Indie Campers accepted the refund as for 10.06.2024. Our Marco Polo was a travel ship for 4 wanderers and to be honest it was definitely enough for us (we are close friends). It is the best option if you want to stand freely (thanks to the rooftop tent) and to fit in all parkings you stay. The size of the van feels enormous only for the first day and after getting used it is driven like a normal car. Specifically compared to the bigger campers. The media system in our van supported Apple CarPlay and Android Auto we were quite excited about it. All the car info (tanks, electricity and etc) was easily accessible. Also please be advised that sleeping on the rooftop tent and inside the van is a completely different experience. On the rooftop tent there is more space and the mattress is more comfortable however during hot days (more than 25 degrees) it can become super stuffy if you don't pay attention where the shadow will be in the morning. On the bottom bed there is a little less space for sleeping but it always better in case of temperatures and freshness (thanks to the little window). Another advice is to put the fridge to a level 3. It was enough keep all the groceries cold and allowed us to rarely use the external electricity. Be careful with the interior table. It is really fragile, better to fully check it during the checkout.

De check-in werd gedaan door een stagiaire. De uitleg was duidelijk, maar ze heeft het lastigste onderdeel nl. het display niet uitgelegd.Gelukkig heeft de vriendelijke baas dat net voor we vertrokken waren wel gedaan. Het is positief dat een stagiaire een plaats in het bedrijf krijgt, maar wij hadden meer vertrouwen in de sympathieke baas. Wij hadden een probleem bij het terug vinden van het bedrijf. Nergens op het bedrijventerrein vonden we aanwijzingen waar we heen moesten. De grote garagedeur was dicht, alleen een kleine deur stond open. Zorg dat Indie campers goed zichtbaar is door bv banners, richtingaanwijzingen ed. Tot slot is het belangrijk om belangstelling te tonen naar de reis van van de klant.

The check-in was done by an intern. The explanation was clear, but she did not explain the most difficult part, namely the display. Fortunately, the friendly boss did that just before we left. It is positive that an intern gets a place in the company, but we had more confidence in the sympathetic boss. We had a problem finding the company. Nowhere on the industrial estate did we find any indications of where to go. The large garage door was closed, only a small door was open. Make sure that Indie campers are clearly visible through banners, directions, etc. Finally, it is important to show interest in the customer's journey.

All was perfect and we had all what we needed for the trip. What we highly recommend ist to include a awning for rainy and sunny days. A awning is definitely something what we like to have for the next time.

Leisure battery didn’t work when off grid but as we only had one night off grid not. Huge problem. Team were great on collection despite us arriving 2 hours early and very efficient check out experience. Deposit returned in good time. Used Dublin depot. Si la furgoneta no va a ser para 4 personas la cama de arriba se podria quitar. La verdad es que tras leer algunos comentarios de la gente, nos preocupaba el estado de la furgo, sobretodo porque viajabamos con un niño pequeño, pero nos tocó una de la nueva flota y la verdad es que funcionaba todo de maravilla, la calefacción duraba toda la noche sin necesidad de electricidad, con lo que no pasamos nada de frio, tubimos suficiente con una bombona de gas para los 10 dias… todo perfecto la verdad! Eso si, los materiales son muy sencillos y hay que tener mucho cuidado.

If the van is not going to be for 4 people, the top bed could be removed. The truth is that after reading some people's comments, we were worried about the condition of the van, especially because we were traveling with a small child, but we got one of the new fleet and the truth is that everything worked wonderfully, the heating lasted the entire time. the night without the need for electricity, so we didn't get cold at all, we had enough with a gas cylinder for the 10 days... everything was perfect really! Of course, the materials are very simple and you have to be very careful.

A few small issues with the van. One blind not working etc. But nothing major and nothing that would impact the fun we had. Great experience - the guy who runs the company in Split was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. We had a great week and the camper van was perfect for us. Excellent trip. Lots of amazing memories.

The inside of the camper wasn’t super clean. And you have to sign off that it is ok with the guy standing there. You’re excited to go and want to get moving so you sign. But the camper insides could definitely be cleaner. Overall though, the van was great! No problems. Just go!

De camper had al diverse beschadigingen toen we hem ophaalde. Zowel aan de binnenkant als de buitenkant. Niet heel storend, maar het zag er niet netjes uit. Zeker aan het begin van het seizoen (de zomer), zou je verwachten dat alles nog helemaal nieuw/niet kapot is. Aan de binnenkant waren diverse rol gordijntjes en horren al een beetje beschadigd. We hebben er verder geen last van gehad. :) We hadden een bbq erbij gehuurd; het bleek dat we op veel plekken niet mochten barbecueën, vanwege de droogte. We hebben dus amper gebruikt kunnen maken van de bbq. Slechts 2x. Wellicht de volgende keer een gas bbq als optie erbij verhuren? Ook waren de fietsen niet van heel goede kwaliteit. De banden waren continue zacht, en na 2x fietsen zelfs lek. Zonde! Maar overal hebben we echt een super leuke vakantie gehad dankzij de camper. We zouden zeker nog een keertje bij jullie boeken :).

The camper already had various damage when we picked it up. Both on the inside and the outside. Not very disturbing, but it didn't look neat. Especially at the beginning of the season (summer), you would expect everything to be completely new/not broken. On the inside, several roller blinds and insect screens were already slightly damaged. We had no further problems with it. :) We rented a BBQ; It turned out that we were not allowed to barbecue in many places because of the drought. So we were barely able to use the BBQ. Only 2x. Perhaps rent out a gas BBQ as an option next time? The bicycles were also not of very good quality. The tires were constantly soft, and even punctured after cycling twice. Shame! But everywhere we had a really nice holiday thanks to the camper. We would definitely book with you again :).

Just a little more information on how the van works We found the campervan we hire to be exactly what we where after and in great condition. I would recommend you hire the campervan you need not the one you think you want with some of the road being as narrow as they are.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We loved our time traveling around Ireland.

Wir würden noch folgende Utensilien vorschlagen: Geschirrhandtuch Kehrschaufel und Besen (für die innenreinigung zum fegen) Evtl Verlängerungskabel Strom anbieten (optional) Evtl. Hinweis auf die Möglichkeit das Handy mit dem Van zu koppeln (navigation/ Musik etc) mit USB C Schnittstelle Der California ist sehr gut für 2 Personen geeignet. Bei 4 Personen ist vermutlich nicht genug Stauraum für das Gepäck vorhanden. Die Gaskartusche hat bei uns bei intensiver Nutzung (3x täglich) für mehr als 17 Tage gereicht. Tisch und 2 Stühle sind super integriert und nehmen keinen Stauraum weg. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We would also suggest the following utensils: Tea towel Dustpan and broom (for sweeping the interior) Possibly offer an extension cable for power (optional) Possibly mention the possibility of connecting the cell phone to the van (navigation/music etc.) with a USB C interface The California is very suitable for 2 people. With 4 people there is probably not enough storage space for luggage. The gas cartridge lasted for more than 17 days with intensive use (3x daily). The table and 2 chairs are superbly integrated and do not take up any storage space. We were very satisfied.
