Le service fourni par l’équipe d’indie campers Bruxelles était parfaite! Hormis le nettoyage du van extérieur qui n’était pas terrible, tout s’est très bien déroulé. La table intérieur du van était également cassée et non présente dans le van. Cependant, l’équipe d’indie campers Bruxelles a été très réactive et a su solutionné le problème avant notre départ. Cuando recibimos el vehículo nos atendió un señor que no hablaba francés se nos complicó las preguntas... igualmente muy amable! Las almohadas eran muy simples... tuve que comprar una para dormir mejor! El resto todo perfecto!

When we received the vehicle, we were attended by a man who did not speak French, who made our questions difficult... but he was very kind! The pillows were very simple... I had to buy one to sleep better! The rest was perfect!

Certains stores ne se fermaient plus et un tiroir s'ouvrait cependant mis à part ces quelques remarques, tout était parfait! J'ai eu un problème avec le chauffage et l'équipe a directement répondu en répondant de manière précise.

Some blinds no longer closed and a drawer opened, however apart from these few remarks, everything was perfect! I had a problem with the heating and the team responded directly by answering precisely.

Over het algemeen fijne ervaring. Echter, de gordijntjes waren (bijna allemaal) kapot, wat erg vervelend was. Daarnaast moesten we op basis van ‘pech dat het net bij ons op was’ de adblue vloeistof bijvullen (wat extra €20 was en dus ook voor alle volgende huurders door ons betaald werd wegens pech voor ons) en er was een heel gedoe mbt de waarborg (wat blijkbaar bij 90% van de personen die een busje huren voorkomt) dus dan lijkt het me wel een goed idee om hier als bedrijf eens over na te denken hoe dit van jullie uit aangepast kan worden (VB reeds vooraf online blokkeren zodat je meer tijd hebt om alternatieven te zoeken i.p.v. noodgedwongen een upgrade te moeten nemen wegens minder waarborg). Tot slot slaat het ook nergens op dat je geen volle gastank krijgt bij vertrek met als gevolg dat je moet gokken/berekenen dat je terug met een halve gastank toekomt bij inlevering omdat je anders gewoon voor de volgende huurder zijn diesel betaalt… tot slot wel erg vriendelijk personeelslid bij afhalen/terugbrengen.

Overall a nice experience. However, the curtains were (almost all) broken, which was very annoying. In addition, we had to refill the adblue fluid based on 'bad luck that it had run out for us' (which was an extra €20 and therefore also paid by us for all subsequent renters due to bad luck for us) and there was a lot of hassle regarding the deposit (which apparently occurs with 90% of people who rent a van) so it seems to me a good idea for a company to think about how this can be adjusted from your side (VB block online in advance so that you have more time to look for alternatives instead of being forced to take an upgrade due to less deposit). Finally, it also makes no sense that you do not get a full gas tank when you leave, with the result that you have to guess/calculate that you will end up with half a gas tank when you return because otherwise you will simply pay for the next renter's diesel... finally, very friendly staff member when picking up/returning.

Los recomendaré. El vehículo estaba en buenas.condiciones y el soporte por WhatsApp fue bueno y rápido. Es muy fácil visitar Berlín en una caravana. El soporte por teléfono fue eficiente

I will recommend them. The vehicle was in good condition and the WhatsApp support was good and fast. It is very easy to visit Berlin in a camper van. The phone support was efficient.

Unfortunately the cassette was not cleaned and made a very smelly first experience. The rest of the trip was very good.

Excellent service overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful and canker was exactly as described. I will be back! Maybe check the van more for damage. Some of the window blinds need slight repair but it didn’t effect my trip.

De frigo stonk enorm, misschien beter laten verluchten in de dagen dat deze niet wordt gebruikt? We misten tijdens het boeken een duidelijke oplijsting van wat er allemaal in de camper aanwezig is, Wij kozen niet voor de ESSENTIAL KIT; vond dit nogal veel geld (en er komen al zo veel extra kosten bij het eerst vooropgestelde bedrag = beetje misleidend) Best oplijsten waar we dan wel echt zelf voor moeten zorgen, zoals dien je zelf de camper te poetsen als je niet kiest voor de ESSENTIAL KIT? + wij kochten een zak met WC tabs, omdat dit in de ESSENTIAL KIT zat maar uiteindelijk was dit toch aanwezig. We zijn heel wat wijzer geworden uit onze Camper trip! Dus zijn zeker en vast tevreden

The fridge smelled terrible, maybe it would be better to air it out on the days that it is not used? When booking, we missed a clear list of everything that is present in the camper, We did not choose the ESSENTIAL KIT; this seemed quite a lot of money (and there are already so many extra costs on top of the first amount set = a bit misleading) It would be best to list what we really have to take care of ourselves, such as do you have to clean the camper yourself if you do not choose the ESSENTIAL KIT? + we bought a bag with toilet tabs, because this was in the ESSENTIAL KIT but in the end it was present anyway. We have learned a lot from our Camper trip! So we are definitely satisfied

The pick-up and drop-off times were a bit tight, we had to pay to pick it up early and drop it off early with the resulting free time, maybe more flexibility would be great in that regard. Great for family travel, the flexibility we had with the caravan we would not have achieved with a vehicle plus hotels.

It was busy because of a music festival so pick up was a bit longer than expected however the team took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us modify to feed our needs. We will come again.

Le personnel est extra et l’emplacement facile à trouver. Cependant, le matelas du toit est sans protection, on y pouvait voir une grosse tâche, certes pas fraîche mais une protection pourrait éviter d’en avoir et aussi de les exposer. Autre chose qui nous a surpris, le pleins est vide! En général c’est l’inverse du coup premier chose à faire avant de partir tranquillement est d’évaluer la consommation d’essence car il faut le rendre vide… c’est la première fois que je vois comme ca. Et à vrai dire c’était un peu stressant car évidemment on a du faire plusieurs fois le plein…

The staff is great and the location is easy to find. However, the roof mattress is unprotected, we could see a big stain, certainly not fresh but a protection could avoid having some and also exposing them. Another thing that surprised us, the tank is empty! In general it is the opposite so the first thing to do before leaving quietly is to evaluate the fuel consumption because it must be returned empty ... it is the first time I have seen it like that. And to tell the truth it was a little stressful because obviously we had to fill up several times ...
