Check that the equipment is complete. Improve the cleaning of upholstery. The California model is compact and suitable for driving and parking. It has the necessary amenities for young people. If you are older, think twice.

We did not have the right van because they was a problem with the water pump. It was on a Sunday and said it could be fixed by the next day. We went to the hotel nearby and left with the van we wanted the Monday morning. thank you We had a few questions on our 30 day trip. We had great assistance and responses by email throughout our trip. thank you

2- Update the van manual in order to include instructions about the gas bottle adaptar.
3- Add the necessary tool to chance the gas bottle adaptor.
4- Include meat/bread skiffs and toal in the kitchen kit It was a great experience!

We would have liked to have had information about ad Blue before Camper delivery. Having to search for and fill it during what should be a relaxing trip takes away some of the pleasure of the trip. In addition to being a rather expensive decoration. Ideal camper for travelling in 5. Roomy and slim. Agile to drive.
Ci sarebbe piaciuto avere prima della consegna Camper informazione su ad Blue. Doverlo cercare e riempire durante quello che dovrebbe essere un viaggio rilassante toglie un po' di piacere al viaggio. Oltre ad essere un orpello di un certo costo. Camper ideale per viaggiare in 5. Capiente e snello. Agile da guidare.

At the reception in Milan, the guy who attended (Stefano) was not at all professional, being even rude to us. While he was attending to some clients on the phone who were already on their way, he made faces of disgust and desperation at having to help them. Everything else was great. The other person who explained things to us about the camper was very nice and attentive. The technical service on WhatsApp was also very effective. The guy who checked us out was also very nice.
En la recepción de Milán el chico que atendía (Stefano) no fue nada profesional, siendo incluso desagradable con nosotros. Mientras atendía a algún cliente por teléfono que estaba ya de viaje, ponía caras de asco y desesperación por tener que ayudarlos. Todo lo demás fue genial. La otra persona que nos explicó las cosas de la camper fue muy agradable y atenta. El servicio técnico por WhatsApp fue también muy efectivo. El chico que nos hizo el check out también fue muy agradable.
