Alles top, vielleicht hatten wir uns gewünscht, dass wir keine 2.Gasflasche gekauft hätten, was uns vor Ort aber empfohlen wurde. Wir haben sie nicht gebraucht und konnten sie später nicht zurückgeben. Desweiteren hätten wir uns vielleicht mehr informationen bzgl. Anzahl der bettdecken (nur eine) und Verschlussmechanik vom Fahrzeug gewünscht. Also das ganze Buchungsverfahren war super! Für die abgelegene Location des pick up services in Bergen hätten wir uns Informationen gewünscht, wie wir mit Kinderwagen und zwei großen Gepäckstücken dort hinkommen. Ein Bus fuhr nur alle 2 Stunden und wir konnten die Station vorher nicht kontaktieren, ob das so richtig ist. Das Fahrzeug war dann wahrscheinlich einfach eins von den älteren Modellen, die Inneneinrichtung war sehr wackelig und irgendwie alles etwas fragil: das Moskitonetz, die Fensterladen, und eine Schublade, die manchmal einfach aufging, wenn man die obere aufgemacht hat. Wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, dass das Fahrzeug mit einer Vorrichtungen ausgestattet wäre, die uns das parken auf unebenen Flächen ermöglicht hätte. Auch wäre ein sonnenschutz schön gewesen, dass manche andere nomad Fahrzeuge hatten. Nächstes mal würden wir uns vielleicht ein etwas hochwertiges Modell aussuchen, aber es war trotzdem alles OK und hat geklappt soweit und wir hatten einen tollen Trip! Großartig war dann, dass wir zum Bahnhof gebracht wurden nach check out. Da waren wir sehr dankbar!

Everything was great, perhaps we wished we hadn't bought a second gas bottle, which was recommended to us on site. We didn't need it and couldn't return it later. Furthermore, we would perhaps have liked more information about the number of duvets (only one) and the locking mechanism of the vehicle. So the whole booking process was great! For the remote location of the pick up service in Bergen, we would have liked information about how to get there with a stroller and two large pieces of luggage. A bus only ran every 2 hours and we couldn't contact the station beforehand to see if that was right. The vehicle was probably just one of the older models, the interior was very wobbly and somehow everything was a bit fragile: the mosquito net, the shutters, and a drawer that sometimes just opened when you opened the top one. We would also have liked the vehicle to be equipped with a device that would have enabled us to park on uneven surfaces. It would also have been nice to have sun protection, which some other nomad vehicles had. Next time we might choose a more expensive model, but everything was OK and worked out so far and we had a great trip! It was great that we were taken to the train station after checking out. We were very grateful for that!

Staff were great. Vehicle had a few defects on pick up, E.g. the toilet cassette door not working and broken blind. But otherwise it worked well and we had no major issues. Extra pillows would have been nice! Overall, great experience.

Un petit kit cuisine avec sel, huile, torchons serait parfait. Merci l’expérience était très agréable.

The wipers need to be changed. It made driving in the rain somewhat difficult due to not being able to see properly. As well, a marking for the office would be a huge help. I had to ask the man owning the building perpendicular to the office where it was. Also, a well marked 'before-hours' drop off point would be nice. I had a very early flight(I left the premises at 4am). Perhaps a contact number for questions/emergencies plainly stated somewhere in the van. I needed to call/message about my early drop off, but could find no information about a contact number. Lastly, maybe add it to the checklist to ask what time they depart. Staff was super cool and helpful. Killer Irish accent. Very friendly and personable. All in all, very tiny details that hardly affected the overall experience. If I come back, I'd love to work with you guys again. I also took some video of your van @RyanFlies 😉

Tony and Nikoleta are the best and so helpful! We had a great time and a beautiful experience because of them as they helped us with everything and their suggestions!

The team where we picked up from oslo was very kind and lovely probably will rent again because of them The van is too cold wish there was more heating system other than using gas

Amazing experience. We wished we had a back up gas tank… Other than that our experience was amazing. We loved the van and the employees were extremely helpful. We were given a ride to the airport after drop off which was extremely helpful!

Creemos que uniéramos necesitado una explicación mejor de la furgo, ya que confían en que hayan visto un vídeo que hay en internet y creemos que sería mejor una explicación completa en el lugar. También creemos que se tendría que avisar con antelación si alguna característica de la furgoneta no se puede usar por alguna circunstancia, en nuestro caso alquilamos la furgoneta en invierno con ducha, lavabo y pica (agua corriente) pero no pudimos usar el agua ya que las cajas temperaturas activan una válvula que vacía el tanque, si hubiéramos sabido esta situación hubiéramos buscado una alternativa previamente. La chica y el chico que hay en las oficinas bien, la chica nos explicó muy brevemente la furgoneta (cosa que creemos que es necesario una explicación completa) y el chico muy muy atento, al devolver la furgoneta nos acerco a la parada del bus ya que estava nevando y llevábamos mucho equipaje, todo un detalle!

We think that we needed a better explanation of the van, as they trust that they have seen a video on the internet and we think that a complete explanation on site would be better. We also think that they should be notified in advance if any feature of the van cannot be used for any reason, in our case we rented the van in winter with a shower, sink and sink (running water) but we could not use the water because the hot boxes activate a valve that empties the tank, if we had known this situation we would have looked for an alternative beforehand. The girl and the guy in the offices were good, the girl explained the van to us very briefly (something that we think a complete explanation is necessary) and the guy was very very attentive, when returning the van he took us to the bus stop as it was snowing and we had a lot of luggage, very thoughtful!

Very good experience, however, here are some areas for improvement in our opinion: - better visibility of the reception area - additional covers or covers better adapted to current winter conditions - indicate in advance (or on the site), that the use of water is not possible at this time of year Welcoming and warm staff.

It would be nice to know in advanced that the gas cylinder only lasts 1-2 days, just so that we buy a new cylinder on time or if not to have an indicator on how much gas is left! That would be an excellent add on!

Very friendly and helpful service team!!

The team in Oslo were friendly and laid back, making us feel like we were being looked after. Even after saying we knew how to work most of the equipment, our host was thorough and talked us through some key points. The location, whilst a 15 minute or so journey from the airport and not walkable, is brilliantly placed near a supermarket for supplies, and access to the key roads to start your journey. The van hire of the Atlas 5 was terrific. It made the best holiday ever. When we returned, refuelling locally was easy peasy (a 1 minute journey) and there was no pressure. Once again, our hosts were honest, accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone.

Everything perfect. The service was incredible and fast, the van was also perfect and definitely met our spectations. We will repeat!

Für die Außentemperaturen angemessene dickere Decke(n), Richtige Matratze anstelle des Kunstleder-bezogenen Schaumstoffs - zu weit wär Platz genug dafür. Das Interieur war schon sehr runter gerockt und reparaturbedürftig. Support per WhatsApp war sehr gut und schnell

Thicker blanket(s) appropriate for the outside temperature, A proper mattress instead of the faux leather-covered foam - there would be enough space for that if it were too far away. The interior was already very worn out and in need of repair. Support via WhatsApp was very good and quick

Awesome pick up and drop off team/couldn’t me more helpful and friendly. Had an issue with the gas not working and couldn’t get help from the messaging service but was able to find a motorhome garage to help.

The people at the check-in were very friendly and helpful and could answer all of our questions. However, it would’ve been nice if they would’ve mentioned that it is not at all possible to charge at most gas stations. Since we were not staying on camping grounds, we had some troubles with this… Again very friendly staff and they made us feel very at ease while checking the camper.

Tout était réellement parfait, un petit bémol concernant le lit, un petit matelas serait parfait 😊 Lors de notre arrivée, l’équipe qui nous a accueillie a été formidable. D’une gentillesse et compréhension adorable. À l’écoute de nos attentes et aux petits soins, notamment lors de notre départ. Un grand merci !

Everything was really perfect, a small downside concerning the bed, a small mattress would be perfect 😊 When we arrived, the team that welcomed us was great. Adorably kind and understanding. Attentive to our expectations and very caring, especially when we left. A big thank you!

Thank you Tony and Romina for treating us so nicely, you made everything easy for us and answered any questions we had, very pleasant and very good service to us, they gave us a duvet, sheets and pillows for free so we could sleep better in the cold of Norway, excellent service, thank you very much, I recommend it.

The service offered by the workers at indie campers located in Oslo has been incredible, specifically by Toni and Romina, the trip has been very nice and the treatment received by these workers was perfect, thank you very much for the service provided.

Overall a very good experience but we expected a real comfortable matras instead of hard and cold leather things, and the bed linnen could have been of better quality especially in October in Norway :-) A better explanation of the anti frost valve could have been given (none was given). But again, great experience and great staff at pick up and check out….

Misschien is het prettig om keukendoeken theedoeken erbij te doen. Verder was alles aanwezig en hebben we genoten We vonden jullie bedrijf moeilijk te vinden. Zit erg achteraf. Misschien meer aanduiding naar het bedrijf zelf?

Maybe it would be nice to add tea towels and kitchen towels. Furthermore, everything was there and we enjoyed it. We found your company difficult to find. It is very remote. Maybe more indication of the company itself?

I struggle with heating. Could make the info easier. But maybe it was my fault 🤦‍♂️ The people who show me the car, and when I returned it was very professional and friendly. Kudos to the girl and the two guys.
