Team beim Check-Out etwas zu dünn besetzt: nur ein Mitarbeiter, der dann krankheitsbedingt ausgefallen ist. In solch einem Fall wäre es schön, per Mail über das Verfahren informiert zu werden und sich nicht selbst proaktiv durch Hotlines kämpfen zu müssen. Zumal wir noch unser eigenes Fahrzeug auf dem (abgesperrten) Gelände geparkt hatten und damit nicht hätten abreisen können. Die Mitarbeiter waren aber alle sehr hilfsbereit und haben die Situation gut gelöst.
