Werkzeugkasten wäre toll für das nächste Mal A little Toolbox inside the camper were good to fix some little things All where very friendly, handsome to us and we would book any time again with Indie Camper !!!! Wir haben aus Deutschland aus gebucht und alles hat einwandfrei bei der Buchung und Bezahlung funktioniert. Einweisung vor Ort war super freundlich und pünktlich. Über die Sauberkeit lässt sich streiten, da sind wir aber sehr penibel. Ein Werkzeugkasten war nicht im Fahrzeug, was für kleinere Reparaturen sehr hilfreich wäre. Wasser, Abwasser, Tank hat alles geklappt. Bei der Abholung wären volle Sprit und Gasbehälter super, die man dann auch voll zurück bringt. So kann man dann direkt los. Bei der Abgabe des Campers wurden wir lieb empfangen, alles wurde kontrolliert und es ging super schnell. Wir hatten vorher etwas recherchiert und für die Preis/Leistung würden wir immer wieder buchen !! Danke an das Team :)

We booked from Germany and everything worked perfectly when booking and paying. The instructions on site were super friendly and punctual. The cleanliness is debatable, but we are very meticulous about that. There was no toolbox in the vehicle, which would be very helpful for minor repairs. Water, sewage, tank, everything worked. When picking up the vehicle, full fuel and gas containers would be great, which you then return full. That way you can get going straight away. When we returned the camper, we were given a warm welcome, everything was checked and it went super quickly. We had done some research beforehand and for the price/performance we would book again and again!! Thanks to the team :)

The Solis air was Great Experience! The Solis Air was great! Slept family of 4 very comfortably. It was easy to drive up, down and through all of the twisty mountain roads. Zero problems pulling in and out of parking lots and parking spaces. Fits in any camping spot too!!! 21 ft long. Anything a tent camper might rent, this van fits in that space. So finding an spot to camp for the night is easy with this van. The Team at San Francisco Indie is amazing with customer service and their knowledge of the vehicles. Gold Star!! Richard and Nic are very knowledgeable of the vehicles and how they should operate, super easy to talk to as well. We overlooked a dental retainer and a book in the van while clearing out and returning the van. Called the office, Nic went above and beyond to help get those items back to us. Gold Star! Check in and check out was super smooth and easy. It's comforting to deal with normal people who are down to earth. Thanks again! We will be back next year!

Das Fahrzeug könnte vorher durch eine Waschstraße geschickt werden, sonst war alles prima. Eventuell einen Gaskocher mit 2 Ausgängen dazugeben. Das kochen ist sonst immer ziemlich aufwändig, wenn man mehrere Sachen kochen will. Das Fahrzeug war super für den Trip. Ich war Alleinreisender und habe super viel Platz gehabt

The vehicle could have been put through a car wash beforehand, otherwise everything was fine. Maybe add a gas cooker with two outlets. Cooking is usually quite time-consuming if you want to cook several things. The vehicle was great for the trip. I was traveling alone and had a lot of space

Maybe provide towels and wash-clothes - other than that we had everything we needed for a wonderful week! The team at the pick up /drop off location were fantastic! Especially Nic! We look forward to planning our next adventure with Indie Campers. Great vehicle - great experience!

Knowledge of the tolls and how to pay them on line would be helpful. Artumus was very friendly and helpful explaining how to use the vehicle.

I didn’t feel like the intro to the van was that thorough. I wish there’d been a written down guide with the important things to know / instructions. We loved our trip and would rent from IndieCampers again!

Everything was great! Got some good tips for where to stay and an app to use on our trip. The only thing that I would suggest is the van would’ve been much cheaper had we booked the day before versus several months ago. Which seemed rather unfair. Paid a lot more for planning ahead. Van didn’t have full gas or propane when we picked it up and was almost empty otherwise everything was great.

Nic at check-in expert advice, detailed in her explanation of the vehicles functions and even took the time to show us another vehicle model when I was nervous about driving a large RV. She gave great advice about driving the RV so that I felt comfortable. We had a great trip as a result! At Check out, Gerardo was efficient and kind, making sure that we had a great experience. He was similarly detailed and knowledgeable.
