Everything is perfect. The only thing that needs to be improved is the vehicle's handbrake (it is extremely uncomfortable and fails). Everything else is 10/10.
Todo perfecto . Solo a mejorar el tema del freno de mano del vehículo ( es por demás incómodo y falla ) . Lo demás todo de 10 .

An incredible experience and the Grand California is perfect for 2 people. We waited a little longer than the chosen time to pick up the motorhome, but it was worth it.

The van I booked and the one in the orientation video is not what we got. I expected the seat to turn, and for there to be an awning. When we arrived for check out, the bed didn’t lift and stay so we were given sticks to prop it up.

Access gate closed over the weekend, entrance was 400m away. Maybe specify this for greater ease. Excellent service, easy to communicate via WhatsApp.
Puerta de acceso cerrada el fin de semana, el ingreso estuvo a 400m. Tal vez especificarlo para mayor facilidad. Servio excelente, fácil de comunicarse por WhatsApp.
