Le service a été impeccable ! Tout nous a bien été expliqué et nous n’avons eu aucun problème mécanique ! Un verre cassé seulement que nous avons mentionné au service à notre retour ! 😌 Ma seule suggestion serait de fournir une bouteille de gaz pleine et payer à l’utilisation. Merci et bonne journée !

The service was impeccable! Everything was explained to us well and we had no mechanical problems! Only one broken glass that we mentioned to the service on our return! 😌 My only suggestion would be to provide a full gas bottle and pay as you use it. Thank you and good day !

- better pillows, considering the price, - flooor clothes on kitchen kit, - bed kit was really old, - windows/fly nets poor quality, easy to break, - sit belt for passenger (in front of table) very uncomfortable, - Nossa experiência foi bem legal, rodamos a Suíça inteira em 9 dias, sentimos falta de pouca coisa. Usamos em 4 pessoas, não foi ruim, mas pra 2 seria excelente! O carro é bem cuidado, com algumas pequenas coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas, mas foi ok. O atendimento do Ernesto foi bem claro, e não nos deixou nenhuma dúvida. Com certeza voltaremos a usar a Indie Campers!

We used it for 4 people, it wasn't bad, but for 2 it would be excellent! The car is well maintained, with some small things that could be improved, but it was ok. Ernesto's service was very clear, and left us with no doubts. We will definitely use Indie Campers again!

All was perfect and we had all what we needed for the trip. What we highly recommend ist to include a awning for rainy and sunny days. A awning is definitely something what we like to have for the next time.

a viagem no geral foi boa , porém a camper van não está adequada para o inverno , o aquecimento do consome muito gás , pois a isolação do frio no carro precisa melhorar No geral valeu a pena , obrigado pelo aluguel 😌 Com excessão , do aquecimento e da geladeira , foi tudo bem , nas estradas , nos campings, se for viajar em 2 pessoas o Nômade é ideal , se for mais pessoas precisa de uma camper maior , mas , foi tudo no geral satisfatório , Recomendo ! O check out foi rápido em genebr com o ISAC , bom funcionário , verificou a camper van e ainda nos ajudou a encontrar o caminho do hotel ! Recomendo

The trip was good overall, but the camper van is not suitable for winter, the heating consumes a lot of gas, as the insulation from the cold in the car needs to be improved. Overall it was worth it, thank you for the rental 😌 With the exception of the heating and the refrigerator, everything was fine, on the roads, at the campsites, if you are traveling with 2 people the Nômade is ideal, if there are more people you need a larger camper, but, overall everything was satisfactory, I recommend it! Check out was quick in Geneva with ISAC, a good employee, he checked the camper van and even helped us find the way to the hotel! I recommend it

La caravana es increíble y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Lo único que se nos ocurre que se podria mejorar es el aislamiento de la parte superior, ya que para dormir arriba, hace algo de viento, pero realmente está todo genial. Una experiencia increible!!! Esta caravana es perfecta para una o dos parejas, te sientes como en casa!!!

The caravan is amazing and has everything you need. The only thing we can think of that could be improved is the insulation on the top, as it is a bit windy to sleep on top, but really everything is great. An incredible experience!!! This caravan is perfect for one or two couples, you feel right at home!!!

Overall a great experience - more USB outlets would be needed (there were only 2) The cost of the propane tank was 50% higher through Indie Camper then the store we bought it from. The kitchen set provided should have glasses/plastic cups - not just mugs & a true chef’s knife

We were helped by a really kind Polish girl who was doing an internship and she did a really good job checking us in! Gave us good tips and advice on travel in the region.

It was my second time with Indie Campers. The first time was exactly 4 years ago (everything was perfect back then too). I can only say, that you've made significant progress and successfully grew from a promising startup to a solid business. So, all good guys, keep it up. As for the improvements, not much to say. Just an idea: for an extra fee you can provide clients with an option to take no branded car (neutral black or white colors). Campers, if you do not know how something should work in a car (heaters, water, shower, gas, etc...) do not hesitate to watch explainer videos. they are good (find a link in your emails, on the website, or simply find a QR code inside the car)

Provide bed sheets and essentials for free Customer support was very responsive and quick to resolve our issue.

Provide some info about how to get to and from the airport upon reservation, or somewhere on the web. The team at check-in helped a lot with this matter, but only once we got there. I tried on line assistance over this issue but, unfortunately was of no use at alll First of all, be aware that Switzerland is not very friendly towards motorhome users. This would make yor travel somewhat more challenging that usual, more so outside spring and summertime season with many camping sites closed. Bearing that in mind, it's an awesome country to discover, an due to its size, perfect for a motorhome. The roads are neat, drivers extremely polite and respectful, truly followers of the traffic norms. The mountain passes are as easy to overcome as astounding on its beauty. If you can overcome being look at over the shoulder by Porsche and Lamborghini owners every now and them, you will enjoy as ever. Parking and driving around on main cities is totally out off the question. Try and find the P+R parkings on the outside of the city and use their extremely efficient public transport to get in and out of the city centres.

Pickup and management staff were fantastic. The little issues with the van is were dealt with promptly. Will be using this service again! Check out team were lovely and thorough. Highly recommend them both.

The van was clean, easy to drive and had everything we needed. Everything was explained very well upon check in at Geneva by Lidia. (Note that our check in was delayed by a day due an error by indie campers, cutting our trip short. In addition it was proving very difficult for the staff at the Geneva pick up location to get a hold of customer services due to the time of year/bank holidays. This was frustrating for us and for the staff at the depot as it caused further delays. I have given 5 stars in my review based on the experience at the Geneva depot - Lidia and the team went above and beyond to help us with the problems we encountered! Although we did not personally contact customer services, while checking in it did take a long time for the staff to reach customer services. I have dropped a star for 'overall experience' due to the various problems we encountered that did affect our holiday plans, not allowing us to travel as far as we would have liked. I would rather keep that outside of the review process as the van and the staff at the Geneva depot were fantastic.

Quelques problèmes liés au nombre de kilomètres ainsi que sur l’équipement fournit. En effet, nous avons réservé un set de chaises et de table mais nous n’avons pas eu de table. Que pouvez-vous faire concernant cette erreur. Je tiens tout de même à souligner que la personne qui nous a accueilli à Genève était formidable. À l’écoute, compréhensive. Je recommande vivement

Some problems related to the number of kilometers as well as the equipment provided. Indeed, we reserved a set of chairs and table but we did not have a table. What can you do about this error. I would still like to emphasize that the person who welcomed us in Geneva was great. Attentive, understanding. I highly recommend

Really great experience I had with Indie Campers Geneve team, Lidia was so amazing and patience explaining everything regarding the car. It could be great for motorhome to have reverse camera bacause it is so important.. It should be great if u install reverse camera..

Cuando llegamos, el recibimiento de Pedro y su otro compañero fue excepcional. Nos explicaron todo super bien y con mucha paciencia. A la entrega, también, maravilloso Antoine que nos atendió. El kit de limpieza que añadimos me parecía un poco caro para consistir simplemente en 2 rollos de papel, un estropajo, jabon, cepillo y recogedor. Echamos en falta algún producto mas de limpieza y alguna servilleta o paño de limpieza. La bombona de gas extra que compramos nos duro mucho menos que otra que compramos nosotros en una gasolinera.

When we arrived, the welcome from Pedro and his other colleague was exceptional. They explained everything to us very well and with great patience. At the delivery, Antoine was also wonderful and he attended to us. The cleaning kit that we added seemed a bit expensive to me for simply consisting of 2 rolls of toilet paper, a scouring pad, soap, a brush and a dustpan. We missed some more cleaning products and some napkins or cleaning cloths. The extra gas cylinder that we bought lasted much less than another one that we bought at a gas station.
