We had some problems with the vehicle Battery empty at the start so we had to charge the first night Only one gas stove functional out of two The blinds on the front windows are not as described One of the kitchen drawers, the second, was hard to close. Good vehicle

A bike rack to help carry the bikes if rented could be nice for space to do storage. It was great, really allowed us to have a nice trip in the netherlands! Comfortable and cozy and super convenient. Heat was good, cooking was good all great.

O atendimento no depósito de Amsterdão foi excelente, especialmente do funcionário Bruno. A carrinha estava limpíssima, organizada e fomos totalmente bem orientados. Quando a sanita esteve com problemas, o Bruno corrigiu o defeito rapidamente e de forma bem humorada. A única consideração negativa que faço não é com o depósito de Amsterdão, ou mesmo sobre o funcionamento da carrinha. Trata-se de um problema de atendimento no canal virtual, especificamente quando tivemos que mudar o modelo da carrinha. Havíamos alugado uma Atlas 4, pois estamos em três pessoas (um casal e uma adolescente). Eu mesmo tenho 1,85m. O atendente virtual disse-me que a Nomad Ivy (a que me foi encaminhado) era do mesmo tamanho que a Nomad (o que, de facto, não é verdade). Acabou por ser traumático, pois não pudemos usar a casa de banho com autonomia. Confesso que, a considerar a carrinha, pensarei cinco vezes em alugar novamente uma autocaravana da Indie Campers. Espero providências. Excelente atuação da Indie Campers Amsterdão e, especialmente, do Bruno. Espero encontrar outros Brunos em minha relação com a Indie Campers.

The service at the Amsterdam depot was excellent, especially from Bruno. The van was very clean, organized and we were given excellent guidance. When there was a problem with the toilet, Bruno fixed it quickly and in a good-humoured manner. The only negative thing I have to say is not about the Amsterdam depot, or even about the van's operation. It was a problem with the service provided by the virtual channel, specifically when we had to change the van model. We had rented an Atlas 4, as there were three of us (a couple and a teenager). I am 1.85m tall. The virtual attendant told me that the Nomad Ivy (the one I was sent) was the same size as the Nomad (which is not true). It ended up being traumatic, as we were unable to use the bathroom independently. I confess that, considering the van, I will think twice about renting a campervan from Indie Campers again. I hope they take action. Excellent performance by Indie Campers Amsterdam and especially Bruno. I hope to meet other Brunos in my relationship with Indie Campers.

Suggest adding a kettle for the gasstove. Our 2nd time using Indie & will definately do it again!!! Hot water wasnt working but we coped. Suggest a warmer duvet for the winter.

Everything was great. Though the shower area was pouring inside while taking a bath. I hope they will fix it. But everything was okay. We wanted to return the camper in the different area of europe like we did in our first time. But they didnt accomodate us

Slight damage to van meaning we could not use the step. The van operated well and worked well over the course of the trip. The local team were helpful.

A porta da geladeira abriu algumas vezes com o carro em movimento. Foi uma experiência incrível com a minha família, conhecemos 6 países, cerca de 20 cidades. Gostariamos de voltar no futuro. Parabéns a equipe Go Indie.

The refrigerator door opened a few times while the car was moving. It was an incredible experience with my family, we visited 6 countries, about 20 cities. We would like to go back in the future. Congratulations to the Go Indie team.

Bruno was a great guy and really helpful throughout the entire rental.

The team at the location did an very good job and deserve 5 stars. The reason I give 2 stars for the the pick up experience is, that I had to book a premium insurance which contained extra Costs because the system wasn’t able to take the deposit of the credit card despite the credit card had enough to supply for the 2000€ deposit.

Bruno is the best ever! Excellent service and friendly explanation. Would be lovely to be able to leave the car on premise. This info could be also be shared more clearly.
