The vehicle was clean, and well equipped for our needs. As a family of four, the Nomad was perfect for a weekend getaway. The storage in the vehicle is good, and the layout and utility of the facilities excellent for the size of the space. The team at Indie Campers were very helpful and facilitated an amazing and memorable experience! A few issues were highlighted, but these were relatively minor. They did not impact on the overall experience we had and were taken onboard by the local team.

The local team is fantastic. Very good, polite and professional service. Highly recommended. In August we rented a camper from Indie with the same features, but it seems to be a more modern model. We compared it with the current one and we missed a better system to cover the windows of the cabin, like the one the new model had, a horizontal blind type. In this one, the fabrics are not adapted to the size of the windows and the hooking systems do not fit. On the other hand, we had an incident on a motorway in France. They entered the cabin at night, while we were sleeping. We found the two doors of the cabin ajar and the belongings that were on the seats had disappeared. They had not forced the lock, it seems as if they had the frequency of the key or the key itself. There should be a separate physical system, inside, to prevent the doors of the cabin from being opened. We had an incident with the clean water. At very low temperatures, the tank was empty and despite filling it, water was dripping down the bottom of the camper. We called the emergency phone number and left a message, as indicated. But no one contacted us. We spent two days scrubbing with water bottles, pathetic. The guy at the local office then explained the security system to us and that the instructions for many things, like what happened to us, were in the QR code that he had already given us on the day of collection. It didn't occur to me to look at the QR code, but of course, no one answered the emergency call and it would have been very useful and nice if they had answered us knowing that it was an easy thing to solve.

Water tank could be full when pickipng up. Juan (at Valencia point) was excellent, he showed us all about the van and was very kind. He deserves a bonus! :)
